The 2017 Chamber Retreat is themed Investing for the Future, and the agenda for the event reflects this. We will have facilitators from local organizations as well as the Quality Enhancement for Non-Profits center from UNC Wilmingtonthat will guide strategic planning breakout sessions intended to help create a five year strategic plan for the Chamber.
Attendees will be able to participate in breakout sessions on topics such as Workforce Development, Small Business and Community Enhancement, and Legislative and Military Relations. By soliciting input from attendees on how they think the Chamber should address these issues, we will be able to develop a strategic plan that fits both the mission of the Chamber and the interests of members.
